QCrash Pro helps you manage your customer traffic into your business. You can create queues which your customers can join from anywhere, which gives you visibility on your inbound traffic. QCrash Pro also helps you monitor the service level of your queue(s) and alerts you if there are any delays in the service.
As soon as you complete the set-up of your business (i.e. defining your business schedule, your services and your queues) in QCrash Pro, your business is visible to your customers and they can join the queues.
Your customer searches for a service provider at his/her location and the app shows all the service providers that are available in that area. By clicking on any name, the customer can see all the queue details for that business and join any of its available queues.
We are running a promotion and all the vendors who join Q Crash Pro can enjoy it for free for a limited period.
A queue is several people waiting to be served at a service point. For example, there can be a queue at a private doctor or at a government office.
In QCrash Pro, you can define 2 types of queues. The first one is where your customer doesn’t need to take an appointment. He/she joins the queue and wait for their turn to be served. We call this “Running Queue”. The customer joins this queue on the day of service, and not in advance.
The second type of queue is called “Slotted Queue” where your customer can book an appointment at a particular date and time (set by you). You can allow your customers to do advance booking for this type of queue.
You can create as many queues you need. The number of queues is dependent on how you manage your business today or how you wish to do that in future. Queue should exactly represent the business services you offer and the way you offer it.
Few examples:
A doctor can create a queue where patients can book appointments at given times (slotted queue) on Mon, Tues, Wed from 10 am to 4pm and on Thursday from 10 am to 12 pm. In addition he can also create a running queue on Friday from 10am to 1pm where he serves patients on a first-come-first-serve basis.
A beauty salon has a running queue for hairdressing services but a fixed slot queue for massage services. It can also have a special 50% discount running queue on Tuesday mornings for massage for maximum 20 customers who join the queue.
No. The app allows them to book spots on your queues. They will pay for your services at your location.
In order to provide an accurate visibility of how fast the queues at your place are moving, it is extremely important that you check your customer “InService” when the service starts and check your customer “Out” when they are serviced.
You should also aim to confirm the bookings from your customers as soon as they come in so that your customers are informed early. If you fail to do so, your customer may cancel their bookings with you and go somewhere else.
Yes, QCrash Pro allows you to send “one to one” messages to your customers. You can also send a broadcast message to all your customers which is very useful if you want to inform all your customers about delays or early closures.
In QCrash Pro you can book appointments on behalf of your customers who do have the app or a mobile device or whose mobile is not working at the moment for some reason. Make sure that you get their name and number so that they will be sent a link to the app so they can join, or to show the booking at their end if they already have the QCrash app installed.
